At Stealth Badge Company, we are committed to delivering your products efficiently and securely. Please review our shipping policies below:

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Domestic (Canada) Shipping:
    • Standard shipping: 3-7 business days.
    • Express shipping: 1-3 business days.
  • International Shipping:
    • Standard international shipping: 7-21 business days (depending on location).
    • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

3. Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx to ensure timely delivery. Carrier options will be displayed at checkout.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Domestic Orders (Canada): Applicable taxes will be calculated and added during checkout.
  • International Orders: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. Please check your country’s regulations before placing an order.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at Info@stealthbadge.ca with your order details, and we will assist you in locating the package.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your package’s status. You can track your shipment on the carrier’s website.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
